One can file for divorce only after completion of 1 year of marriage as per the Hindu Marriage Act.

The Indian citizen can file a divorce in the appropriate foreign court and in India, it can be filed in any district family court at the following places:
a. The place you last resided in India
b. Place of marriage
c. Place where your spouse is residing at the time of filing the divorce
Will is a legal declaration of the intention of a testator with respect to his property, which he desires to be carried into effect after his death.
a. It must be envisioned to take effect after the death of the testator; and
b. It must be revocable by the testator at any time.
Adoption means the process through which the adopted child is permanently separated from his biological parents and becomes the lawful child of the adoptive parents with all the rights, privileges and responsibilities that are attached to a biological child.
A child can be adopted if s/he is:
a. An orphan, abandoned or surrendered child who has been declared legally free for adoption by the Child Welfare Committee.
b. A child of a relative (a relative means the child’s paternal uncle or aunt, a maternal uncle or aunt or paternal and maternal grandparents)
c. A child or children of a spouse from earlier marriage surrendered by the biological parent(s) for adoption by the step-parent.
Yes, single parents can adopt. A single male can adopt a boy but not a girl and vice versa.
Yes, there are no restrictions based on caste or religion under the Juvenile Act 2015.
