On Thursday, Jivesh Kumar Mishra, a minister of the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government lashed out at the cops after his convoy was stopped to make way for the cars in which Superintendent of Police and District Magistrates were travelling. The minister was on his way to attend the Bihar Assembly winter session.
“Hum sarkaar hain, battameezi karte ho tum log (I am part of the government. You are simply misbehaving with us),” minister Mishra can be heard saying in the viral video.

He stated that he will not join the Assembly session till action is taken against Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh and SSP Upendra Sharma. He has demanded their suspension.
“When the SP and DM are coming, they are making ministers wait. I will not enter the Assembly until the cops are suspended,” Mishra said.
