The controversy queen and actress-model Poonam Pandey is again in trouble for her boldness. An FIR has been lodged against the actress for shooting an obscene video at a Chapoli Dam in Canacona, Goa. The complaint is lodged by the women’s wing Goa Forward Party.
Another complaint has been filed in Cancona Police Station against an unnamed person for shooting a vulgar video involving the actress.
“Based on the complaint lodged by Assistant Engineer sub-division II works division, Water Resources Department an offence has been registered under Section 294 of IPC. The police are investigated, and further sections may be added as the investigation proceeds,” stated Pankaj Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police, South Goa.
SP Singh has also stated that Goa police will summon the actress to complete the investigation.
VP and spokesperson of Goa Forward Party, Durgadas Kamat, has demanded Goa CM Pramod Sawant and Water Resources Minister Filipe Neri Rodrigues.
“Video of Poonam Pandey has gone viral in Goa. The video was shot at Chapoli Dam in Canacona. The area is highly secured and is the property of Water Resource Department, Goa. Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) normally issues permission for the shoot in Goa. The Chief Minister is the chairman of the ESG. The BJP government led by Pramod Sawant is promoting Goa as porn destination which is bringing bad name to the state,” said Kamat.
He further added, “We demand the resignation of the Chief Minister and Water Resources Minister Filipe Neri Rodrigues.”
Opposition leader Digambar Kamat has stated that the viral porn video on social media raises serious questions on the security of highly sensitive places like dams, any sabotage can cause a huge disaster.
