In a dramatic shootout in the Delhi court, four people including gangster Jitender Gogi were reportedly killed. The three assailants who entered the court premises, dressed as lawyers, are also believed to be among the four killed. One female lawyer has also sustained injuries.

The incident took place in Rohini court number 206 when the most wanted gangster Jitender Gogi was presented before the court.

Jitender Gogi, a notorious criminal who was involved in several criminal cases and was jailed in Tihar was shot dead by a rival gang right inside the court complex at Rohini, North Delhi. The rival gang is claimed to be “Till Gang”.

Jitender Mann alias Gogi was arrested under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act by Delhi police’s Special Cell. Over 19 cases including murder, attempted murder, extortions, dacoities, carjackings, and robberies were registered against him.

“Two from rival gang opened fire at Jitender Gogi inside the court. That’s when police retaliated and killed those two assailants,” said Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana.
