On Thursday, a video broke everyone’s heart where a son can be seen kneeling down and begging for an oxygen cylinder that he had somehow arranged for his mother. A group of policemen forcibly took the oxygen cylinder and his mother died two hours later.

It is being alleged that the oxygen cylinder was given to a VIP.
Additional Director-General of Police Rajiv Krishna has ordered a probe into the allegations. “Strict action will be taken against the guilty policemen after the probe,” ADG Krishna said.
However, Superintendent of Police Botre Rohan Pramod refuted the allegations, “The man was requesting police to provide him with an oxygen cylinder for treatment of his relative. No one was taking away any cylinder. The video is misleading.”
He also stated that the oxygen cylinder was empty. However, he didn’t explain why policemen would take away an empty cylinder.
On Thursday, a 17-year old Ansh Goyal wearing a PPE kit kneeled down and begged for an oxygen cylinder saying that his mother will die. He claimed that he had somehow arranged that cylinder for his mother.
“I tried to stop the men from taking away the cylinder. When I asked the ward boys why they were taking away our oxygen cylinder, they told me that it was required for a VIP,” Goyal said.
