Grocery shops?” justice Prateek Jalan asked.

The Petitioner also shares some statistics that there had been numerous cases in the city of legal officials and court staff being infected with COVID-19 and that the quantity of contaminated people may go up to Rs 5.5 lakh in some time. “That is not only for lawyers”, the court remarked.

Counsel for Delhi Government, Advocate Jawahar Raja argued that “setting up a testing lab inside the court premises was not practicable given the aerosolization in the surrounding with the virus at the time of testing.”
