With every passing day, the Aryan Khan Drug Case is becoming more complex and mysterious. The case includes so many twists and turns with a whole lot of accusations. The case has divided the country into two parts – on one side, there are Aryan Khan’s supporters who consider this case a witch hunt and on the other side, there are NCB officer Sameer Wankhede’s supporters who see him as an honest officer doing his duty.

But revelations that are being made with each passing day, are raising a lot of questions. On Thursday, two more updates in the case have made it more complex.

Kiran Gosavi Detained In Pune

Kiran Gosavi, a controversial “independent witness” and the private investigator, has been detained by Pune police on Thursday. He is an NCB witness who is investigating the Mumbai drugs-on-cruise case.

The arrest came after three days of his statement that he would surrender in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He was seen during the NCB raid in Mumbai and then in a selfie with Aryan Khan. Since then, he has been absconding.

Kiran was wanted in a 2018 cheating case and a lookout notice was issued on his name. His selfie and videos with the Aryan Khan raised questions about the unlimited access to a high-profile accused. Several leaders also questioned why an independent witness of the agency should be present at the raid and its office.

A witness in the case, Prabhakar Sail has also accused him of bribery.

Forced To Sign Blank Papers: Another NCB Witness

Revelations from another NCB witness have increased the trouble of NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede. Shekhar Kamble, a Navi Mumbai resident was a witness in one another drug bust case, the Kharghar Nigerian case. He has claimed that the investigation agency took his signature on 10-12 blank papers and later filled it up themselves without informing him about the contents of the panchanama.

He submitted that he was inspired by Prabhakar’s interview and courage to speak the truth.

Qazi Calls Nawab Malik’s Allegations True

Maulana Mujammil Ahmed who performed Sameer Wankhede’s first marriage had confirmed that NCP leader Nawab Malik’s tweets over the officer’s name and caste certificate is true.

“The nikah nama is true. It has my signature. Each and everyone, from Sameer to his family, were Muslims when the nikah happened. If he wasn’t a Muslim, the nikah would not have happened. The marriage had taken place in a single garden and there were many high-profile guests,” said Maulana Mujammil Ahmed who performed Sameer Wankhede’s first marriage

He went on to add, “The marriage was done with complete Islamic rituals. Had I known Sameer was a Hindu, I would not have done the marriage. In Sharia law, such marriages are not valid. Sameer Wankhede, his whole family, relatives, advocates, and witnesses, were all Muslims during the marriage.”

The Issue Is Not His Religion, But The Fraudulent Means To Get A Job

“I want to make it clear that the issue I am exposing of Sameer Dawood Wankhede is not about his religion. I want to bring to light the fraudulent means by which he has obtained a caste certificate to get an IRS job and has deprived a deserving Scheduled Caste person of his future,” said Nawab Malik.

He further said, “If they are saying that the caste certificate tweeted by me is false, then they should show the real one. I have blurred the names of the witnesses so as not to impact their identity. The certificate I have tweeted is the official document from BMC. The law says that if a person converts to another religion, then he ceases to get benefits of caste.”
