The blunt Kangana Ranaut is expected to appear on November 9, while Rangoli Chandel is asked to appear for investigation on November 10.
The state police had summoned the sisters earlier as well to appear on October 26- October 27. But they skipped the previous summon for which their lawyer had sought postponement of the summon date as bot the sisters are busy in their brother’s marriage. They are currently in Himachal Pradesh.
“Among the charges include Indian Penal Code Sec. 124-A (sedition)…besides spreading communal hatred and falsehoods. The police have already recorded the statement of the complainant, Munawwarali Sahil A. Sayyed in this connection last month, ” said lawyer Ravish Zamindar, appearing for Kangana and Rangoli.
