A man in California has been awarded six years in prison after he broke out into the house of three girl students and used their laptops to download pornographic material before indulging in a sexual act.
As per the reports, while the porn was getting downloaded, 22-year old Jonathan Jose Ruiz even helped himself to arrange refreshment for him. Police recovered the laptop with semen on it. The incident took place in October 2018.
Jonathan Jose pleaded guilty in court and accepted a plea deal offered by Orange County Superior Court Judge Gary Pohlson.
The court has sentenced him to six years and eight months of imprisonment. Following his sentence, he was given credit for 511 days.
Phil McMullin of Orange Police Department said that the burglar not only entered the house but also drank milk and ate cookies. “Upon his arrest, he was found in possession of two pairs of underwear belonging to the college students living in the house he invaded,” the official added.
