Following the FIR filed by Sushant Singh Rajput’s father on Tuesday in Patna, “Mere Dad ki Maruti” actress Rhea Chakraborty moves Supreme Court seeking directions to transfer the FIR from Patna to Mumbai.

Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde has told that they have moved a petition before top court to transfer the investigation from Patna to Mumbai.

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s father Krishna Kishore Singh has filed an FIR against SSR’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty and five others under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

All the accused are booked under Section 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), Section 342 (punishment for wrongful confinement), Section 380 (theft in dwelling house), Section 406 (punishment for criminal breach of trust), Section 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) and Section 306 (abetment of suicide) of Indian Penal Code.

The accused involve Rhea Chakraborty, her three family members ( Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, and Shobhik Chakraborty), and two friends (Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi).

Sushant’s father has alleged Rhea of cheating, money extortion, and abetting Sushant to commit suicide. He also alleged that the Rhea had given overdoses of the drugs and falsely communicating that Sushant is suffering from dengue. Many more allegations were framed against actress Rhea Chakraborty in the six-page FIR filed in Rajiv Nagar Police station, Patna.
