Muslim Teen Thrashed Brutally over Drinking Water inside Temple in UP, Accused Arrested

In a shocking video that went viral over social media and caused a public outrage, a man can be seen thrashing a Muslim minor for allegedly drinking water inside a temple in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The accused has been arrested on Saturday.

Ghaziabad police took cognizance of the viral video and registered a case against the accused, Shringi Nanadan Yadav. As per the police, he is a resident of Bhagalpur, Bihar.

In the video, Yadav can be seen asking a minor boy his name. The victim told his name ‘Asif’ and then Yadav asked him his father’s name. Shringi Yadav then asked the boy the reason behind entering the temple. To which Asif replied that he entered the temple to drink some water. Yadav started beating him brutally.

Another video of Shringi Yadav surfaced on the internet in which he can be seen assaulting another Muslim boy.

The netizens censured the incident and demanded strict action against the accused.
